High School Enrollment Information 2022-2023
Enrollment for new students (students who did NOT complete the 2021-2022 school year at DPS) will take place on July 26th, 9-11am & 1-3pm.
Please have copies of:
- birth certificate
- current, up-to-date immunization records or a completed and signed exemption form (download located here).
- proof of residence and
- high school transcript from previous school
PLEASE NOTE: EXISTING LAW: 70 O.S. 2011, Section 1210.191 A
No minor child shall be admitted to any public, private, or parochial school operating in this state unless and until certification is presented to the appropriate school authorities from a licensed physician, or authorized representative of the State Department of Health, that such child has received or is in the process of receiving immunizations against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, haemophilus influenzae type B (HIB), measles (rubeola), rubella, poliomyelitis, varicella, and hepatitis A or is likely to be immune as a result of the disease.
Schedule pickup for RETURNING students will take place as follows: A parent or guardian will need to accompany to complete Chromebook agreement forms.
Seniors: Schedules available online through Infinite Campus Portal
Juniors: Schedules available online through Infinite Campus Portal
Sophomores: Schedules available online through Infinite Campus Portal
Freshmen: In person schedule pick up & building tours
New Student Schedule Pickup:
August 1st - Schedule change forms will be sent through student email

- Update address and phone numbers. All fines, books and cafeteria charges must be paid.
- Parents MUST accompany students to enrollment to provide necessary information as needed and to complete Chromebook agreement forms.
